Paperless Checklists

Tickcheck allows your service technicians to complete a checklist of actions, collect data and obtain a customers signature then automatically generate a PDF document which is emailed back to the office or direct to your customer.

 

Our Pricing Policy

Tickcheck has been designed to be easy to use at minimum cost to your business. You don't need to buy expensive computer hardware or software licences. There is no software to install and maintain, and there are no long-term contracts to sign. You simply pay a monthly fee based on the number of checklists created.

Each checklist generated costs just 22p 

 

In addition to the cost per checklist, your invoice will include a standing charge of £45.00 per month. This helps to cover the fixed costs of providing the service and making backups of your data, etc.

 

Each style of checklist you want to use will require us to create a template and we will usually do this free of charge provided that your annual usage exceeds 4000 documents. For lower quantities or complex template layouts, we reserve the right to charge a one-off fee to create your templates.
